I'm writing to share how much my colleagues and I appreciate your restaurant. Every visit has been an absolute pleasure. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. The food quality is superb—the sea bass is a genuine highlight and truly outstanding, easily matching dishes from any top-tier restaurant. Your creative mocktails are also a must-try. Beyond the food, your service is impeccable. The staff is courteous and incredibly attentive. We especially want to thank Aziz and the entire team for being highly attentive and professional. Serving our group of 9 so quickly and efficiently was a real accomplishment. We highly recommend The Kara Grays for the complete dining experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

Everything here is great. Service, food, free on site parking. I enjoyed my meal. It was great size and cooked to perfection. My cocktail was made well too. Best yet is that the prices are surprisingly affordable. The ambience is beautiful. Whenever I'm in that ends, I will definitely visit again.

This restaurant is by far one of the best restaurant's I've been to in Essex! I booked Kara for my milestone birthday, 10 guest. It was so smooth! No stress, very polite and helpful staff...CLEAN(very important)..atmosphere is up there with the decor! .......THE FOOD! Chef's Kiss...and presentation and portion sizes are superb! Definitely the best Turkish restaurant I've been too. Thank you Kara Staff! I had a fab time and will definitely be back... Oh! Did I mention I was recommended this restaurant by 6 different ladies...they all had good things to say and I now see what they meant.

A random pass by, and it sure was well worth the visit. The food and the service was 10/10 they maintain cleanliness so well. I was so impressed. The food portion is really good well worth the visit. Lots of vegetarian and seafood option. We just opted for the lunch set menu, this way less wasting of the food. Thank you for your amazing service.

I had my 18th birthday here and the lamb chop have a heavenly taste!! My waiter was Muhammad and he was amazing at his job, constantly checking up and attending to our needs, will definitely be back!

Dined here with the wife last Friday for the first time and really enjoyed it. Great food, fast service, excellent atmosphere and vibe. Special mention to our waiter Aziz too who was excellent. Will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant, perfect for group lunches or a relaxed meal. The sea bass is an absolute standout – honestly, it rivals dishes from top 5-star restaurants. Cooked to perfection and beautifully presented, it's a must-try. The mocktails are also divine – refreshing, creative, and delicious. What really sets Kara apart is the exceptional service. The staff are always courteous, friendly, and incredibly attentive. We were a group of 12 people yesterday, and everything ran smoothly – our meals were served on time and all together, which is no small feat! The best in the corner. Top notch service, warm ambience, love the aesthetics, food tasted really nice too. For the ladies - the bathroom . Was able to ask a staff to kindly pull up a birthday cake for my mom which was nicely done too. Thank you.
